Default 224/224 cam info wanted?

I'm looking for a cam and my mechanic suggested a TR224/224. I would like feedback on people who have them. What HP & TQ #'s? How is low end TQ? Idel quality? anything you can think of. Mods in sig 3.42 gears. M6

TR224 is a good cam, makes nice low end torque and idles pretty well. You may also want to consider the Futral Motorsports FM11 or FM 13. They make a little more peak power, and although they are larger than the 224, the idle quality is the same.

gomer just got finished dyno tuning a Comp XE-R 224 cam only car with a M6 and it put down like 388 or so, sounded sweet as well
