Default How much HP?

I am getting a cam put in this weekend....CompCam(Texas Speed Cut)237/231.....CC hardened Rods and dbl. springs & CC dbl roller timing assemby.....I already have Airlid, hooker long tubes, 3" y pipe + bullet, Tci 3600 convertor, and been reprogramed......on a 01 Auto Z..If anyone has similar setup or a good educated guess.....how much HP will I be puttin down....

Is 237/231 correct or do you mean 231/237? Either way, the cam you chose is more of a peaky cam and will pull great up top. I'll guess you put anywhere from 355-370 to the wheels. You should have no problems hitting 11's with that setup if you have traction.

Well I might of had them backwards.....I am not much on my #'s....sad to say.....I need some learnin on that....I was readin on here and cars w/ less mods than me were puttin down more power...I have never ran a 1/4 all we have here is 1000'...i ran 11.1 bone stock..and I always raced this one guy on the street and he would beat me by 2 or 3 links,,,then i got everthing but my cam...threw on some slicks and put him away by about a link &1/2......I launch like a rocket on my M/T's.....

I may be off on the numbers I guessed...let me put it this way, after my cam install I pulled on my buddies car HARD! We both have six-speeds and were dead even before the cam. The cam pulls really hard up top and since you are stalled you'll be just as deadly from a roll.
