Dyno inconsistancy?

Dyno inconsistancy? I recently dyno'd about 3 weeks ago and pulled numbers about 411/408 with my set up.
I went back to the same dyno last week and my base #'s to start the day were 398/392, which is a drop of ~13 rwhp and 16 rwtq. After tuning, I got the car up 410/410, but I am puzzled by the drop between visits.
Both set of numbers were corrected and on the same dyno with the same operator. Both sessions had me on the dyno for several pulls, so they just weren't one-off flukes. The CF was .97, and the weather was darn near the same both days. I had not changed my tune and since there was only 3 weeks between runs, I had only put on 200 miles at most between them. No signs of any mechanical problems either.
So likely, either one day was high, or the other day was low.
Out of curiousity, has anyone returned to the same dyno like this and had numbers differ this much? Any explanations?

Sorry, I should have added that I had a little (under 2) KR on the first set of runs, and actually had higher numbers. I was logging this.
