Dyno-Jet vs Mustang Dyno Is there a big difference between Mustang dyno and Dyno-Jet? I have looked at all the posts here and the rwhp people put down in here seems awesome. I don't own an LS1, but have two built LT1's, they don't put down numbers like the ones(even the LT1 cars) posted here. I have only been to a Mustang dyno.

Mustang Dyno's are better tuning tool's because they put a real world load if setup properly to not fudge numbers and easier to dial a car in safely for the street...thats all dyno's should be used for ,tuning. the best Tunes are street tunes IMO...street cannot be manipulated...dyno's can be. Don't be discouraged by your number's..would you rather have a 500hp dyno sheet or a 10 second timeslip?

I have a 96SS LT1 with a rebuilt .30 block,Edelbrock performer heads that have had additonal work a fully ported intake a .520 lift cam JE racing pistons equal length tube heads 3:73's all the bolt ons and the car puts down 295rwhp and 330rwhp with nitrous. It has a soft convertor which sucks up some horsepower, but still...the numbers on this site are insane. I live in the midwest, wonder if some of these guys are below sea level. My buddy has a LS1 with a cam and long tubes, bolt ons and all he puts down 365rwhp.
