Default Dyno number on a F-13

Futural F13 on a 114 LSA, Pacesetters, TSP Catted Y, Lid, Dyno Tune, Stock catback with magnaflow muffler, LS6 Intake, NGK Plugs, Ported Stock TB (maybe), Z06 Injectors and new wires

371 Peak RWHP and 356 RWTQ A/F ratio around 13. I was hoping for 385. Is my stock exhause robbing me of 15 hp? I really want 400. What else do I need?

Depends what the stock exhaust is you're referring to? I'm not sure on Trans Am's, but could you option for a different exhaust like the SLP dual-dual from the factory? If it's just the GM exhaust then yeah it's holding you back.

A pulley and a cut out should put you damned close if not right 400

You need a cutout and an underdrive pulley. The cats definitely aren't helping either.

When I added a pulley and ported TB to my car cam-only through the exhaust, it went from 375rwhp to 393rwhp. Cutouts got me to 400.

Get rid of the cats, get a cutout, and an UD pulley and you should easily hit your 385 goal.
