Can you tell vavle float form dyno sheet?

Can you tell vavle float form dyno sheet? I went to a local dyno day yesterday and trying to figure out something on the sheet. First off I have a lt1 with bolt on's, long tubes, roller rockers, comp cams 224/236 on 114 with .536, .555 lift. The cam is suppose to make power form 2000 to 6200 rpm range. I had them rev the motor to 6500 because that is where i shift at the track. But on the sheet right at 6300 the line starts to jump up and down. I have combo motorsports 612 springs good to .600 lift. Do you think the car could have vavle float or is something else caues this spike at 6300. Also the opti is new and after the run I did find today that #3 intake rocker was very loose. Thanks for any help guys.

I'll try to get a pic posted. But it's like just at 6300 it drops down like 30 horse and goes up and down like 10 horse there on. As for the air to fuel its running about 12:1 to 12.5:1.
