it made 320 RWHP & 333 TQ i think my tunning isnt right

I made more power in my car with stock tuning than with the HPP3 tuning. The Hypertech made my car way too lean and it knocked. Use the fan settings, rev limiter, speed limiter changes on the HPP3 and dyno again with stock tuning. You might find that you make more power.
