how much does drag radials cost you on the dyno?

how much does drag radials cost you on the dyno? i had the 295-35-18 bfg drags with 21 psi in them when dynoed , and a dirty k&n filter. did this hurt me?
i dynoed 398rwhp/382tq with MTI stage2E heads milled .05, stealthIIcam 224/220 .581 116 lsa, LG long tubes/off road x pipe/boral stingers, LS6 intake and asp pulleys, vortex air duct with k&n.
car is a 99 auto with 3.42 gears.
also, the power drops 5-7 hp from 6000rpm-6400rpm, is that normal? pulling more timing didnt help the drop , the tuner stated.
btw these were SAE numbers.
