bought a set of PP ls6 style heads and a speed inc cam 231 237 dur 585 595 lift 112+2 cam,my c5 right now with all the bolt ons stock long block made 356 hp and 367 tq on a 90 deg day right after a rain, Iam sure your car will make into the 400+ my new set up ina friends f body made 431 RWhp so I expect the same or close

also had my heads flowed they said what they were supposed to do, ext low because of no outlet tube

Update to my story.I just dropped the car off at f-body central for a new tune,cutout and hydrolics.I'll post new #'s this week when i get it back.I've heard jason at f-body is very good so i'm hoping to resolve this issue.He seems to think the (as others do)flowmaster could be losing me as much as 20+ hp.He told me he has personally seen +22 hp gain.
I'm optamistic that my car will see 400+ after new tune and cutout.

Here's an update on my dyno situation.I took my car to a different shop (f-body central in baltimore,md) to get new hydrolics,new tune and cut -out.
I really like jason,he's knows his stuff and there fair on pricing!
Anyway,i got a new tune and the changes they made put me at a respectable 402.5 up from 381.4! Awesome.
Next they put in a cutout and my car shot upto 419!I have not seen the graph yet be the tq also jumped at least 15ft lbs.
I can't be any happier with my new found power,F BODY CENTRAL is great in my book!

Glad u got is sorted out,a tune will definitely help along with a cutout.You said with your first tune it smelled really rich and you were peaking too low,the tune fixed that.Even though that is alot of advance in the cam ground in.

Yep,i'm extra happy,now the car also pulls to 6300+.I also want to thank Gunner ,I had emailed him a few times and he always responded with helpful info.I'll try to get graphs up soon.

I lost 26 hp through the stock exhaust. I made 381 with an open cutout and only 355 with it closed. What is your A/F ratio? I also gained 16 hp with a good tune.

Hey, this is Bret - the tuner at FBC. I didn't even realize this was your post until I got to the reply a couple up that said you brougt it to us - and I was just talking to my wife about your car 2 minutes ago - too funny!

hey bret! yep,you did a killer job!I'dlike to post my dyno sheet but don't know how.I just saw on my sheet where my car pulled 422 not 419 like i thought and 410 tq!The onlyproblem is it's seems like my tires are on ICE everytime i take off! He! he!
I can't ask for a better step fpr my needs.
I'll be seeing you guys soon a FBC.
