Default Recent trip to the dyno

Hey guys,

I recently made a couple runs down at the dyno to try and tune my car a little..

I dialed in the A/F as best I could, the Dyno uses a tail pipe Sniffer style WB02 rather then bunged in the exhaust.. i dunno if that causes much innaccuracy
after that I tried advancing the timing up top, while keeping an Eye on the KR.. even hitting 37-38 * but it didn't seem to make a difference...

the first half of the curve is quite smooth which i'm happy about, after about 5500 rpm, i notice it's a little rough.. is that normal u guys think?

Do you guys think i've maxed out my engine with these mods or is there more power for me to unlock somehow?

I made 368RWHP and 373RWTQ

my mods are in my sig

and here's my Dyno graph:

I appreciate any insight u guys could provide,

Thanks,

What is the "Smoothing" set to??? Otherwise the graph looks fine. You had better go back to 26-27 degrees advance up top...

Do you have an UD pulley?
Is your TB ported? (You are using a FAST 78mm TB ???)

from looking at your sig i would say that your exhaust is restrictive....a 2.5 inch catback and midlength headers......if you went to long tubes and true duals or even a good hooker or magnaflow you would see a big improvement, get a ASP pulley too then your gonna be happy with your numbers

Thanks for the reply guys.

SideStep,
Yes i do have an UD pulley ... sorry, i forgot to mention it in the sig :p
and yes, its a FAST 78mm TB
and do u think if i change my timing advance back to 26-27* it will fix up rough end?

Magnet,
the catback is true duals, and the LT's are outta my budget at the moment. got other important parts to order first

keep the timing safe where cylinder head pressure maxes out (usually close to the same RPM you make peak torque in). That's where knock is most likely to occur in my experience.
