How much rwhp is header coating worth?

Anyone have a valid dyno testing comparing coated to uncoated headers without any other variables?

Is there really a performance benefit in getting coated headers as opposed to uncoated.

I am referring to longtubes here.

the coating only helps to prevent rust.

No, the coating also helps to keep the temperature down in the engine compartment.

very little benefit ie anti rust cooler under hood temps. I don't believe it will speed up the exhaust velocity any so I would say little or no power increase but I have no real world data.

Wrapping headers is said to improve exhaust velocity and scavaging. Maybe ceramic coating them helps some but to a smaller degree.

I highly doubt you'll see any gains from it, but they do keep engine bay temps down and prevent rusting.

I GAINED 11.23 hp switching from non-coated lt's to ported manifolds with two heat shields......

but really the only thing would be Intake air temp reductions over regular coated headers..how much off i am not sure....maybe 5-10 degrees?

It may not be wise to coat stainless steel headers (I am not talking about 409 mild steel).
