Default Dyno tune?

I have heard of many places in which to get my car tuned but recently my family said that for my birthday they would pay to get a tune so i need to know who is the best in my area and why. maybe some stories and improvements you guys have seen after your experiences. Also i know of a few places that only charge for dyno time after the first tune. i would like a shop like this as i am soon installing a cam, springs, stall, etc.. any input would really help. wanting to set something up asap! Thanks

MTI...proven and established company that will do you right. $500 for a tune and for any tune from them after that it's $75. They are in Houston though.
