2000 WS6 H/C/I numbers..
I finally got to the dyno after completing my heads, cam, intake, and tuning. This was my first project bigger than installing headers and I did it all in the NY winter of february and march. To preface, the dyno I went to is notorious for being stingy. At our dyno day in the spring there were stock LS1 6 speeds that couldn't break 300 rwhp and an SS went right before me yesterday which had headers, magnaflow, and an LS6 intake but only made 338 rwhp through a 6 speed and stock rear.
My mods are:
Absolute Speed 5.3 Stage 2 heads, hand finished at home
Comp XER 232/234 on a 112+4 cut
Home ported Fast 90/90
LS7 clutch
PST aluminum driveshaft
Moser 12 bolt with 3.90's
Final numbers were 423 rwhp and 390 rwtq. All pulls were done in SD open loop because I haven't finished my maf tuning. All in all I'm happy especially on this dyno which I figure is 3-4% low and after my first 2 pulls only made 368 because my TB wasn't opening all the way. I was getting a little fat up top so I know I can tune out a few more hp there and probably a little by backing off some timing. Here's the sheet:
