I think I lost my cruise control though. Must be the big cam. My fans for my a/c - heater don't work either.

Thats weird. Ive dyno'd mine prolly 3 times with the converter unlocked and it doesnt do a 2-3 shift. Ive never seen anybody do a 2-3 shift on a dyno until now.

We always put mine in "D" or "3rd" Then roll in the throttle. If I want the converter locked then Ill lock it while in 3rd with HPtuners...
