Buddy of mine put down 530rwhp through a 6sp with a 408 and Patriots using a much smaller cam than that, in the low 240s high 230s. Car was a Vette so might not have lost quite as much to the ground but that might give you an idea.

when you say patriots, what kind were they? 5.3's or bigger or?

the giant is a huge cam. i am extremely happy with the 244/248 for what i have.the main thing is matching all your components.hit up patrick g but i think the giant is alittle on the large side.
