Top G5X3/AFR Dyno #s

Who is making the most HP/TQ with the G5X3 camshaft and AFR Heads on a
98-02 F-body car not including the Z06? Or is there a better head for this cam? Does anyone have high numbers with this cam but with heads other than AFR? Thanks for any info.

I have heard of a few F-body guys making 450 rhwp and 410 rwtq.

a guy that goes by the name 346vette on here is making over 500 using the 90mm setup. Check out his post int he forsale section.

Allngn C5 I think he goes by on here, on his old set-up he made aroud 460rwhp and 400-410 rwtq with that cam, and 78 fast and I'm not sure on the heads.

Very close. Actual SAE numbers with AFR 205's milled to 59cc and all boltons including Meziere Ewp and ASP u/d pully were 457.x RWHP and 417 rwtq.

Added the ported 90 Fast , 90 mm T/b , and a cam Louis wanted to try in my car and hit 485 rwhp and 454 rwtq. Picked up a bunch of torque.

that is a good jump in torque without any sacrifice in power...awesome. What are the specs on that cam? Are they super secret?

I can't talk about the cam specs for two reasons, 1. I don't know the exact specs, and 2. I can't give out info on LG Motorsports products that aren't available to the public yet. I feel so honored to have the oppurtunity to run something that virtually no one else has.

I will post up info about the idle, acceleration, and drivability after I pick up the car from LG Motorsports on 5/9/07 and make the 1200 mile drive back to Michigan. So stay tuned for an update on 4/11/07 or soon after.
