Low dyno help...
As far as I know, from reading older posts, this old dyno was done with these mods:
229/229 .578/.578 114lsa cam
ls6 valve springs
stock heads/stock 1999 ls1 intake/stock tb
pacesetter lt's
offroad y-pipe
tsp rumbler exhaust
lid/filter
'partial' tune

The car was then upgraded to comp 918 valve springs, but I dont think it's been redyno'd. You can dig up old posts and read about it if you want.
At idle the car sounds pretty close to stock, just a very small rumble or choppy sound, real mean but not like a damn bag of popcorn. The a/f ratio seems to be dead on 13:1, so I'm kinda scratching my head here. I would've thought it had another 15-20rwhp in it.
What do you guys make of the dyno? Valve float from the ls6 springs? Maybe pulling timing? Wrong cam? Combination of all 3? I'm so used to seeing these bolt-on ls1's pull 340rwhp/350ft-lbs, I really feel sure that there is something missing here. Any ideas?
