Bad stall = low #'s??

Bad stall = low #'s?? I recently got a dyno tune and had a tci(ticking time bomb) 3500 stall in the car and put down 348 rwhp and 321 rwtq. Turns out the lock up clutch was bad in the thing..... and about 2 or 3 weeks later it finally let go. My question is, would a failing lockup clutch warrant bad numbers on the dyno? I have a Vig 3500 now and it definately feels like the car hits harder.. maybe its a mind thing though?
