Default Whats up with my car???

I had my car dynoed last year after the new slave was installed. The car did 544/556 on a Mustang Dyno. My questions is this, what do you all think is up with the car? It makes peak power at 5300 RPM'S. The car has a 220/224 114LSA Comp Cam and springs, an LS6 intake, stock '98 heads, TPIS headers, Corsa Pace exhaust, gutted stock cats and midpipe, etc...,and a Vortech V2 SQ blower with a cog belt drive (pulley that spins the blower is spun by the serpentine belt)(about 6-7PSI). The A/F ratio also gets really rich and ends up around 11:1 after 5300. The car was tuned 12:1on a Dynojet through the tailpipe with cats and made 538RWHP on a Dynojet. Now has no cats and the A/F was read right after the headers, which is why I think the car is now at almost 13:1 everywhere else in the RPM range, and the car made 544RWHP on a MD. My buddy thinks that the cam may be off a tooth or not degreed properly and causing it to peak so early, and that the car should be making peak power (and probably peak boost of about 8-9PSI) closer to 6000-6500RPM'S. At the track the one run I shifted at about 5500 instead of 6000, the Trap speed went from 122-123 to almost 126. I believe with the power the car is making, the traps should be even higher, and if it pulled to 6000+, I believe they should be, I just cant figure out why it peaks so soon. I cant even get ahold of the guy who installed the cam, so I dont know what he did when he installed it. What do you guys think? Any input would be appreciated.

Thats not Cam. Could be belt slip, valves floating, knock retard.

I know for belt slip, I should put it back on the dyno and check the boost through the run and the same with knock retard (hooked to a computer). With belt slip though, how would I know if the belt isnt slipping a little? With knock retard, would the car get so rich? Also, I dont know how to check for valve float. How would I know if that is the problem? Thanks for the input Slowhawk.

Belt slip.
1; if it were a tooth off, it would have more problems than just falling off after 5200.
2; it doesnt just peak early, it falls off bad.
3; when it falls off, it goes pretty damn rich.
4; how do we richen a mixture? Add fuel, or take away air, from a set amount of fuel.
