Stock bottom end D-1SC results We just finished up installing a Procharger D-1SC on a customers 1998 Corvette. He brought us a used kit and a set of longtubes with high flow cats.
Final results were 528rwhp/488rwtq. Not too bad through cats

The only problem we had was that he got the blower with the wrong pulley on it. It made about 10 psi of boost which is a little more than we feel comfortable with on a stock bottom end
. He is going to bring it back with a different pulley so he can actually have fun with the car

Very conscientious of you to worry about the longevity of the motor vs peak numbers. Good results BTW !!! How does the customer like the way she pulls under WOT ?? What kind of fuel system did you use since the 98 factory wouldn't be enough to support that power, or would it ??
I too am thinking of going forged internals and adding a D1sc. Glad to see this post. Again looks like a hell of a job based on the graph. 380 rwtq at 3000 rpms, NICE !!!

So do you expect to see more power after adding the Racetronix fuel system ?? Is he running a bit on the lean side or just can't go WOT with the stock fuel pump ?? Trying to get these questions answered since this is what I would like to install on my car and need to know what other upgrades I will need. Thanks again for posting the results. I am sure that I am not the only one to have benefitted from seeing it.
