408 setup what should i expect

c5 a4 with 3000 stall 3.42 gears. my mods are 408 iron block
longtubes
flowmasters
no cats
ls6intake
shaner tb
ls6 stage2 heads
comp cam 242/246 610/615 112
160thermo
nos 200 shot
hoping for 450 on motor. not sure with the auto.

converter locked and It should be very close if not a tad more.

that is probably a pretty close guess but i'm sure you know a good set of heads and a 90/90 would really pick you up.

You shouldn't have a problem making 450. I made 460 with my 383 I used to have with a LS6 intake, ported TB, 4400 stall, 12 bolt w/ 4.11 gears, Stage 2 LS6 heads and a 236/240 cam...
