My dyno sheet from last weekend looks all out of whack... run on motor was extremely rich and was pulling 8-9* of timing all over the place... on the bottle it went WAY lean and was still pulling tons of timing. Tell me what a think. I've gotten the KR problem worked out... the jury is still out on what's causing the air/fuel besides IDC...

If you didnt know, this is a 5.3 truck with a custom cam, SS3600 converter (locked), FLT-5 65E trans, and 4.10's with a 150 wet shot of nitrous.... All the jets were correct

8-9 of knock retard will kill power, if you got that fixed go back and redyno again. That rich NA is likely tuning related. What are your jet sizes?

I cant honestly recall, its the perscribed jets for the HSW wet kit though. I was shooting for 350 on motor and 500 on the bottle... I can tell after fixing the KR problem it feels totally different, the AFR is what I need the biggest work on. I just dont understant why its so rich on the motor and so much leaner on the bottle.

The IDC was crazy high as well but I think it should be a proportinate difference between n/a and N2O right??? 7 full points leaner has to point to something else right? or am I way out in left field...

Yeah, he is. Whats really puzzling is the A/F is actually richer where the IDc is the highest. SSOOOO, you wouldnt think thats its just the DC thats causing the lean out. I think it probably has a fuel pressure drop when the solenoid clicks open. It would momentarily cause all the injectors to lean. Could try moving the fuel solenoid closer to the nozzle.
Ought to hook up a pressure gauge Ben.

If he has an upgraded pump then fuel pressure should drop at all. I believe he does but not sure. If not, it would be good to do injectors and the pump or an in-line pump wired to activate when the WOT switch is triggered. It wouldn't hurt to put a wideband O2 on that truck either Ben.

I have a guy wanting to sell me an aeromotive in-line for $100... I might have to pick it up and wire it of my WOT switch like you suggested Mike. Thats a great idea, that way it wont be running all the time... I might be able to do that and those 31# ers and be good... you think I could get away with the 28.8 LS1's if the pump(s) are working properly?? I dont have a crazy setup, people are doing way more with the same injectors.
