Need info on understanding the dyno #`S
Why alot of the graphs cross HP and torque at 5200 RPM? I know it has something to do with my first question.
What are the benefits to having a 500 TQ and 600 rwhp. My understanding is torque the amount of power needed to move something. Its just when I look at some graphs the torque seems to start dropping off around 5500/5700 and the RWHP keeps increasing. Whats the real benefit to that.
This is merely a math equation. That means that TQ and HP will always be equal at 5250rpm. Your other questions are all specific to what application you are looking at.

Horsepower can not be measure, it can only be calculated. Dynojets calculate horse power and then back calculate torque based on rpms. Other dyno liek a Dynapack can actually measure true axle torque, then use the HP formula to calculate horsepower.

One thing to remember is that torque is an actual force, much like gravity and magnetism. It is measurable. Horsepower is not.
