Weird tsp torquer v3 results...

Weird tsp torquer v3 results... Hey guys I have a friend with an 06 A4 GTO that just had his car dyno tuned. His numbers seem off compared to mine especially the torque (I have the same exact set-up) and I can't think of why. He has the TSP torquer v3, ported ls2 intake/tb, long tubes w/o cats, lpe cai, slp u/d pulley, and a yank ss3600 tq converter.
He is running 12.1-12.3 afr@WOT, wich I feel is a little bit rich especially since ALL he will use in his car is 94 octance. Could there be more left on the table due to running rich? Here is the graph:
This was done on a mustang dyno with his converter unlocked. The tuner told him it was because it was on a very stingy mustang dyno that liked to eat up torque. I didnt really buy that so I told him I would post this and ask. Any help or ideas why his torque especially, is so low are appreciated. For refence every one else that I have seen running thins cam, including my self have torque with in about 15 of the amount of whp we produce; but his is about 60 off.

running rich, a4, and mustang dyno will do that to you. There's more left for sure. Try getting the a/f around 12.8-13.0. Does he have a stall? If so, that will eat up some too. An A4 with over 400 rwhp is impressive for just a cam!
Also running with the converter unlocked will result in lower numbers. I would definitely take it to another place with a dynojet and fix the a/f, and if the tuner feels comfortable, maybe a locked pass or two. Some don't like doing it, but will result in better numbers.
Most will tell you dyno numbers dont mean anything, take it to the track. I'm sure you will see some great results at the track even with the lower numbers.
