Default stock auto

yesterday at RMCR in colorado springs i put down 314.50whp 330.66rwtq through my 2002 z with a k&n fipk and 100,200mi . it was 93.44 degrees out 24.02 in-hg and 13% humidity. i bought my car used and the dealer wont tell me what is done to it. whats the highest stock auto z putting to the ground?

310-312 are the highest i have ever seen completely stock

normaly a stock auto ls1 all put down between 285 to 295 six speeds 295 to 305 i have a buddy that runs a dyno so we see it all just remember tls1s all dyno about the same 98 99 models a little less but dynos are not created equal so if anybody gets a dyno run that seems higher than normal your cars not a factory freak its a freaky dyno.

Do you know what kind of dyno it is, and the correction factor? Don't know about a chassis dyno factor, but on a flywheel dyno Under those conditions it should be no more than 31%STTP, or 25%SEA.

Were those SAE numbers? They look high for a stock auto, especially at your elevation if it wasn't corrected.

Here at 6400' a stock uncorrecter LS1 is in the low 200's to high 190's on a good day. They only run mid 14's @ less than 100MPH @Bandimere 5900'

A friend of mine put down 350rwhp in his tuned 01ws6. He had exhaust lid and filter. Talk about a freak.

On a NA setup you will loose about 3~5% of your power each 1000' of elevation above sea level. FI only looses about half as long as you can maintain boost. Even if you only run at 800~1000' elevation you are at a disadvantage trying to compare times of someone who runs at 20'.

I have a 2001 Z28 A4 with SLP lid, K/N, and a welded in flowmaster muffler. I dynoed 313 rwhp and 338 rwtq. There was another A4 Z28 that dynoed that day and I believe he dynoed in the 290's but not 100% sure. That was over a year ago. I hope this helps.
