One of the differences will be on how ported your heads are this guy is running the milled 2.5's. Also you shopld benefit from the ud pulley but lose power because you are an auto. So given that you are an auto and depending on how the heads flow i think you will be around 410 to the wheels.
Also the stock roller rockers will be fine at that power level and you will not see really any gain with those.
