Default Will nitrous be enough??

So iam putting together my car and i have a goal in mind and iam pretty sure i know the answer but figured see what you guys think about it. I have a goal in mind of 10.40-10.7 on motor and 9.50-9.80's on nitrous. Is that a realistic expectation or should i just ditch the nitrous and go straight to a budget turbo setup?

Car specs:
04 lq9 bottom end
ls3 heads
BTR springs
Custom cam (22x/23x )
car weight (2700 raceweight. Driver fuel etc)
fully built 8.8 with spool (35 spline axles, 9" ends etc)
Triangulated 4 link. adjustable
holley hp efi
3600 ptc converter
rossler t2 th400
275/60/15 m/t Pro's
150-200 direct nitrous setup

Iam thinking I should be in the 420-440 range all motor, and should be 550-600 on the juice. But should that be enough for my goal?
