I am interested but jw how much power would they add to my ls1 with a lid p&p throttle body and full exhaust....

Should be about a 20-25hp bump. Wouldn't be bad idea to stick a cam in there as well.

Think these are a good match for a 112 Maggie on an LS6 block GTO and a 207/220/118.5/.571 LPE cam?

What springs are on it?

Definitely. The springs are stock so a set of PRC duals would be in order.
