qtp cutout+ kook y pipe

i'm looking to sell a Kooks y pipe that has the cats gutted. it is in good shape and ready to bolt on. i also have an i pipe with a cut out welded in with a QTP electric cut out. all wiring and the switch are there. looking for $300+ shipping. prefer a local sale and will drive a little to help out

it is close but will not fit without a little modding( the angle on the collectors is different). i'd love to tell ya it would bolt up but it won't
