2005 CTS-V (wrecked)
After signing a contract with the company I selected I then looked for feedback on google, they have a terrible reputation and the fine print on the contract has so much BS it is incredible. Yep I did that backwards as could be done.
Hopefully Yours will end up better.

Mine was Evergreen Auto. They have a good rep, but dealing with those people, i would NEVER use them again. The lady would tell me she would call me back and wouldnt, people would make an offer and she would miss it. Then she would take a week or 2 off and no one ever looked over her paperwork. You really gotta stay on those people because they have contacts that they can call, but they dont if you dont complain.
I actaully had 2 cars Evergreen was supposed to transport, one in MI and this one in NC. After requesting my money back for the one in MI (found a competent shipper to ship it) its now been 3 weeks and it still hasnt been processed!
I really need to open a business like that. They give you a quote, if no ships your car its not their fault. They are not obligate to do anything but post it on the board. It doesnt matter if it sits there for months. And when someone is finally ready to ship your car, if the price is more (like mine ended up being $500 more then what they quoted), they are not obligated to pay even part of the difference! Must be nice!
Ill PM you my shippers info, hes shipped 5-6 cars for me... even when Evergreen had mine posted. A lot of the time they only have an hour or 2 to respond to a bid from a carrier, hes never not been able to get a car shipped for me.

It is a wierd industry, they can require a non refundable deposit to type a couple of sentences on a message board. My contract has some crap in it saying if I go through a different agent I owe them more money, if I cancel I owe them more money, anything I do except put up with them cost extra. I made a foolish mistake!
Thanks again for the information! I will follow up on Your suggestion.

My original broker was A1 Auto Logistics, they sure have lots of negative feedback on the internet.
Hopefully Your contact will find a way to help Me as well.
Thanks Again!
