1999 Camaro Z28 6MT
1999 Camaro Z28 6MT Ls1/T56 car.
I picked this car up to turn into a DD, but I just don't have the time to mess with it. The previous owner had it parked under a tree for a year, after side swiping a guard rail. It starts, runs and drives. There is no smoke or oil consumption. The motor runs great, but trans grinds from 2nd - 3rd and 3rd - 4th, if you try shifting fast. If you take your time putting it in gear it doesn't grind.
In order for it to be in good mechanical condition it needs:
- A new clutch/flywheel/slave cylinder
- New rear tires (they leak)
- Front end alignment
- Possible synchro repair
In order for it to look better it needs:
- Front DS fender
- DS side mirror
- Door (a little corner piece has been broken off)
- Rear DS quarter has a dent on either side of the fuel fill
- Possibly a paint job to make all the parts match
Price is $3500 obo. I will consider all offers, inculding trades or trades + cash (Only LS based engine parts).
