I would move my black 98 z28 if I could get 4k firm for it. It has 150k ls1 bone stock no mods ever , a4 323's ,t tops ,cd changer , leather , 10 spoke snowflakes with nittos on rear (came off my 00z28 also have original mint 5 spoke chromes but only 3 tires 1 went close to flat and I tried to limp it home a couple miles and it ground a line in the sidewall you could choose either set of wheels and I would replace the 1 tire with used but good tire.

Been daily driving it very reliable (currently studded snows on rear), has a few minor scrapes here and there pretty good overall for a 18 year old 150k car no dents or dings. I got it 3 years ago and it was a no winters car with front bumper cover and drivers fender in primer , minor wrinkle corner of hood got the hood fixed , hood , fender, bumper cover painted black to match along with both 1/4 panels to fix ding/scratch issues primer panels were aftermarket and it shows if you know what your looking at but overall car is a good looking shiny black 10 footer lol I did run it the last 2 winters but try to wash it at least weekly and spray the crap out of the undercairrage every time - still damn solid....

Just did an oil change on it this week , interior is decent other than drivers seat needs a re skin and minor crack in dash all windows go up and down great , still blew ice cold air last summer , haven't tried it lately but assuming its still cold.

mechanically it runs strong but has a squeaky pulley or front engine accessory , car is a trac control car but has had the lights on the dash as long as I have had it , I could care less about trac control so I haven't tried to fix it , security light is on also , key switch is wonky sometimes difficult to get key out pretty sure those problems are related , my wife and I have no problem getting key in & out with a bit of pressure turning switch while inserting/removing key.

Car is not for sale anywere currently , I did just sell another car so have been thinking about selling it to upgrade with combined funds. My price is fair, firm and well under your budget.
