Default Does anyone have a square tire setup?

I could try/borrow? Long story somewhat short kinda not really. I'm having ABS issues (the abs kicking on under heavy braking and the pedal pulsing and fighting me coupled with the car not slowing down as fast as it should) and before I just delete the ABS I want to try one last thing. I have a staggered wheel/tire setup right now and I know the tires are slightly different heights, but the best they could be short of a square setup. I am hoping/thinking that this could possibly be setting my ABS off. So longshot does anyone localish to dutchess county have a set of wheels I can try with the same size tires all around? I should probably mention I have CTS-V Brembos in the front so they would need to be 18s which makes things more difficult. Or If anyone has any input I am all ears. Thank you.

No need to swap wheels/tires.

Over 1/2" height difference will affect ABS operation, and over 1" difference will trigger DTCs, illuminate the ABS and TCS lights, and disable the system.

I know that that big of a difference will wreak all sorts of havoc on the ABS system. Mine isn't throwing any lights or codes, just getting pedal feedback. My tires are as close as they could be without being the same exact size. 0.1" in height difference theoretically 255/40/18 in the front and 295/35/18 in the rear. Plus the wear to the back tires. Idk, id rather keep my ABS and I'm trying to figure out a way to.

Note that I didn't say anything about advertised tire size. You need to MEASURE the tire height.

anywhere usually from 70 on....not before I'm stopped. Once I slow down it doesn't fight me. Such a strange problem.

Nothing strange about it. Just a normal characteristic of the system that is well documented here with different tire heights

Another thing to consider the tires GROW in size as you speed up. The different sizes GROW at different rates..............I think you can figure out the rest.
