M-F 8-5: Executive assistant at a chemical company

Every other hour of every day: Guitarist for the band Mad Orchid (www.myspace.com/madorchid). It's more full-time than my full-time job.

I just stopped teaching guitar and music theory part-time at a music school because the band is moving along and getting very busy so I couldn't juggle all three. We're finishing up in the studio over the next few weeks; I just happened to get lucky enough to get a flexible M-F job with full benefits that doesn't interfere in any way with the band because of the hours, so I do both. Band comes first, though. I went to school for music and have a Bachelor's in Classical Composition and Guitar Performance.

No kidding, dude. I love going to Mohegan Sun (I'm out near Meriden/Middletown, CT). I actually played the Dubliner a few times with my last band and I get down there once every couple months. Maybe if you're working I can take the Camaro on the trip and not feel bad handing the keys over to the valet guy! (that's why I've never taken it there before ) Put it in a safe spot up front?

I sell parts at an electronic parts distributor. We sell component level parts, wire, computer/networking equipment, switches, tools, chemicals, connectors, relays, batteries, rack equipment, security equipment, etc... Kind of like Radio shack use to be, but more for industry than reatil. If you come in to buy a flux capacitor, I won't try to sell you a cell phone.
