I was thinking about doing a smaller pulley and injectors on my cobalt. does anybody know of a reliable tuner in the western part of nj or north eastern part of pa? i'm looking for someone who can tune, or just someone to load a base map with hptuners till i can get a full tune. thanks.

I believe TTP does that sort of tuning. Not really sure though.

I have personally tuned numerous Cobalt/Redline SS's, S/C'd and non S/C versions. We worked along with GMHTP on a few dynos & tuning projects on the Cobalt's.
