Mike is definitely setting the standard for quick street cars Back in the day an 11sec street car was quick now it's slow but of course that's all relative. IS it ever quick enough? When do you draw the line?!! hahaha Gotta love what a big turbo can do for an lsx motor!

True.
I often live in the past LOL and back when I first started driving, an 11 second car was a gutted unstreetable shell with no AC, full slicks, no power steering and nothin' in it so for me that line was still clearly drawn for many years, back then running a mid 13 in a street car was FLYING!
Now my daily drivers run high 11s with minimal mods, get almost 30mpg and have ice cold AC in the summer time...damn how times have changed.

You got the Vette in the 11's?
I thought you were still going after that?
I thought you were going to Atco tonight?

Mike are you going to Atco tonight with the rest of them?
If so, I may cruise down there.

No way would I run tonight , definitely too damn cold , I'll be running at E-town tomorrow . I'm surprised Atco would open with temps this cold , the burnout box will be icing over . Be careful out there guys .

Phenomenal driving and a equally phenomenal build.

I know I've busted you on occasion about BoweryBoy's "street car" but the reality is you can truly drive your car to and from the track, and that makes it a real 8 second street Vette.

Now don't forget to pick up the bread and milk.

At the time of that post, no. But I had this sort of crystal ball nearby as I was typing and it told me that anything I'd posted on the forums would come true just a few hours later.
It worked.
