ya i alot of people believe that anderson is the best pound for pound but i really think it is hard to say he is better then fedor espically since fedor has not been beat. I mean we dont know where his limit is. and i think untill he gets beat he will stay the best pound for pound fighter out there.

I'm excited to see this fight! I love both fighters, but I'm going to pick St. Pierre. He's always been one of my favorites. But BJ is the ****! I've been following his career for a long time. He's won me lots of money on his fights!

Some of those smaller guys are animals man! You're missing a lot of good fighters, and technical stuff. When that Little Man Complex kicks in, what out!!

Yeah I'm definitely a fan of Urijah Faber...he's a beast even though he lost recently...seemed like a lucky punch...plus I think he broke that guy's rib.

Gotta go with St-Pierre for this fight (at least I hope he wins). But if Penn has been training as hard as I've read about, I can only imagine it's gonna be a great fight because that's how St-Pierre is all the time with his training.

That Jens Pulver fight was a while ago, this is his most recent that I know of.

It wasn't a lucky punch. It was Urijah being a dumb ***. Urijah tries to put on a show for the fans.. that time it just backfired. He'll win the rematch.

Fedor is much better than Anderson. Anderson fights in the weakest division in major MMA.. hands down. There are only a handful of competitors at 185. I don't remember Fedor losing a round, either. Anderson got handled pretty good in the first round in his fight with Hendo. Sooner or later Anderson is going to get exposed on the ground. You have to consider how Fedor beats people.. he's dominated everyone at their own game. He beat crocop, arlovski, and sylvia standing. He pounded Nog on the ground. He's unstoppable.

I'm taking Penn. Just an overall better fighter. Crisper stand-up and he's amazing off his back if St. Pierre gets him down. St. Pierre's best chance is to get BJ down and just try to hold him there.

Yeah he probably got cocky but I guess you can't blame him with his record. Had that backfist connected he could very well have knocked Brown out. Either way, I do agree with you that he will beat Brown if they have a rematch.

Faber always tries that kind of innovative stuff.. he likes to put on a show and is usually talented enough to make up for any mistakes. That time he just got caught.

And as for Arlovski having a glass jaw.. I disagree. All the shots he got hit with were pretty hard. He's no Mark Hunt, but the shots that fedor and Timmy got on him were very strong, compact shots. Datsik is nothing special, but he throws bombs. And Rizzo was a top striker at the time.

Too lazy to start a new thread.

BJ got dominated the whole fight. I have to give him props for staying in it as long as he did though.
