Yeah, just tell them on the way in that you wanna run Gamblers. They will take the money, make sure you mention it again at the tech booth too.
Gamblers usually gets 2 or 3 time shots plus rounds. They are a fun crowd and if you pay close attention you can really learn a lot fast.

While on this subject, I'll ask a couple questions too.
I presume Gamblers racing is a non-points race
Pay a fee at the beginning and winner (or 1,2,3) takes all.
Is this on a pro tree? or a sportsman tree?
And this is a bracket race format?
NHRA/IHRA rules are in play? but it is a run what you brung, not any particualr class?
Thanks, sounds like fun

It is pretty much open to everyone. They do run gamblers on various nights of the week, so sometimes the muffler thing comes into play, but that's about it.

BTW, I am in the process of adding all of the track schedules to the NJFBOA on-site events calendar. So just keep an eye there to see what nights the various tracks are running points and t'n't's.

Yeah, it looks like Atco is running Gamblers every Tuesday or so.

I wonder if they'll let me run with just a hardtop on or if I'll need to get a roll bar.
Sometimes having a vert is a pain.

Until you dig really far into your engine build you may wanna look at the Street class. It is foot brake bracket racing with cars running in the 11.50 to 17.00 range. Fun racing, a great place to get your feet wet.

So far I've only done the T&T nites at Atco (with the soft top). Next time I'm there I'll ask about it. I really hope they will.
