please help cat back needed

i need a catback that can be clamped on not hacked up before thursday im willin to spend around $400 anyone know where i may be able to get one please please help lol im leaving for the marine corps and still havent seen the track with my car and friday night street legal at island requires a muffler which i dont have suggestions greatly appreciated ... anyone know if theyll let me run without one?
