All of you with the Pro 5.0 did you have to get used to the centering springs??

I like the Hurst billet plus with UMI shortstick, Pro 5.0 is far too notchy for me.

I had a hurst for the 1st 3 years of owning my car and never missed a shift. this will be my 3rd summer w/ a pro 5.0 and I still miss shifts every so often and hit the gates plus its noisy as hell. I wish I still had the hurst going to get an MGW next.

Yeah, you get used to just dropping it into the correct gear. It's always when I try to force the 2-3 shift that it tries to go back into 1st. If I let it do its thing, 3rd every time.

So would you be willing to switch the MGW if no matter what you do you literally CAN NOT shift from 2-1 or 3-2?? Thats what happens, there is no getting used to it at all.
