Be pretty much the perfect hand job for someone that had a foot fetish to start with than wouldn't it.. I personally would not have any problem with her Thumbs wouldn't car if she had feet on the ends of her arms all together actually I would just make her walk upside down puts her in a vulnerable position all the time that way.

Standing in line to see Transformers, all that was running through my mind was when scenes I should pay attention to to try and catch seeing her toethumb.
