Well...tonight was my first time running 1/4 mile ever EVER. I was hoping to get mid 12s which I think was a realistic goal. Going into it, I knew that my heavy *** wheels and tires were going to hurt, but I didn't realize to what extent (granted I have a ton to learn as a driver too).
First pass

The 4th and 5th passes went down hill as I tried (failed) launching differently. Clearly I have a lot of work to do. I was having crazy wheel hop and spinning on launch and my 1-2 shift so I want to get that under control first. I'd like to get a nice set of wheels/tires so that I don't learn how to launch on street tires, then have to RELEARN on radials.
Anywho...it was a blast and can't wait to do it again.

Good times tonight. Good seeing everyone and meeting firehawk441 and N2OStroker. Managed some good 60's tonight new personal best of a 1.516
Best ET of the night was 10.784@128.46mph air was pretty shitty car was def running slower.
Tranny is still acting a little strange. Doesn't want to come out of 4th when coasting down the shut down lane. The trans will be getting rebuilt over the winter unless it dies before the end of the season.

On a side note I did get a pic of the car with some air under the tires. I will have to scan it and post it up tomorrow night
