Why would it be 15 cars max? You could do 60 cars and still get more runs in than you'd know what to do with. We do 80 cars at LVD rentals and I always leave with 15-20 timeslips letting my car cool down in between passes. And that also includes the inevitable breakdowns. 15 cars almost seems pointless. Is that a track rule or something?
