Default ABS light fail MD emissions?

I'm shopping for a 9 inch rear and was wondering if not having the ABS hooked up would cause you to fail the emissions computer scan? I was just wondering if anyone had been through with their abs disconnected? I know they are crazy about any light being on, they wouldn't even test a friends car because her "get gas" light was on...

You will not fail the computer scan but your dash light can't be "on". What I mean by that is my car doesn't currently have ABS ad I took out the dash and painted over the ABS light. Passed just fine. Good luck,
