it dont make since when you are verified from paypal and 100% feed back score, that lets me buy from that person with confidence that what he sells is what is described, and it is what he says it is, rules are rules, im kinda country, all i got is my WORD and a FIRM HANDSHAKE, BUT MAYBE THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THAT, you can still trust people ,even now days,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ABBY
