Eastside rules
i was always scared to run the straps do to the landing.
the straps help but will not 100% keep you off the bumper and without the shock fully extending the landing is that much harder.
i had a close call one run and the next time out i had bars on the car.
The bars and limiters would really be the way to go.... and the longer the bars are the better.
72 inch bars, and travel limters, that's the ticket
Leave like a prostock car that way
they worked mint.
i set them up as high as i could tho so i could still enjoy the wheelie!! hehe

Dave.. a set of bars for your car, if the $ is available, might not be a bad idea. Travel limiters are a MUST though, those you absolutely HAVE GOT TO DO.
Madman sells a kit, they're pretty easy to put on. When you are ready to finish the 6 pt to a 10 pt and do the chute (if you do them before the season starts) definitely have the limiters put on then. If you're gonna hold off on that stuff, then get the limiters on.
