Where have you guys purchased your Junkyard motors from? I'm looking at getting a 5.3 from Don's Automotive. Any word on them? They seem easy to deal with, over the phone anyway. Prolly pick it up end of next week if everything goes according to plan. Anyone else I should check out near the Allentown area? Thanks,Mark.

I bought a LQ4 out of AL's junkyard in trevose the bitch ran on four clynders like it was on all 8......... I would buy from them again

Did you buy an LS series motor from them?How much did it cost you?

Yes, they also have a yard down in Perkasie,PA.
Yes I was looking to buy a 5.3L Chevy.

oh ok i was going to say i live right next door to the one in binghamton and i have a 5.3 out of a truck im thinking of selling if you were interested.

I bought a couple chevy motors not ls cheap like 100 bucks think it was ... the only way to get a ls motor was be like right there to get it when it comes in...but there is another one of Harry's in Allentown I went to the one in Hazelton cause it was the biggest one I found a camaro there same car to the t but the motor was gone...I also know another place in bristol prices are kinda high but they have alot of parts for f body's an vette's it called www.contemporarycorvette.com that's there website
