Default Cam question

Just looking to see if anyone in the Delaware valley or anyone period has this cam.. 228-232, 600 600 lifts and a 111 LS.. I was giving this cam shaft for free and have a set of 243 heads and Patriot performance springs waiting to be installed. I searched for this cam on the site and couldnt find anyone with it. My car is driven on weekends and nice days so I dont care about the DD ability of the cam. I am a little worried because I couldnt find anyone else on the site that has this cam and since thats the case is there something I should be worried about? The guy that had this cam in his car said he mad 424rwhp and 400tq on a stock LS1 with stock 241 heads..

unfortunately unless you can cam doctor it, and know A) What lobes and if there is any Advance ground into it, you really do not know. I would est it does make good power but again, to know a power # is a crap shoot.

I have personally no faith in Patriot Products but again IMO. But you should make good power, there should be no PTV clearance issues. I would ask if you can what the size the combustion chambers are to make sure its not going to be too high of a C/R

My buddie bought this LS1 motor for his Jeep and it had this cam in it. He didnt like the way the Jeep ran with this cam so he swapped a LS6 cam in its place and gave me the cam for helping him out with some work on his jeep.

I am guessing PTV is Piston to Valve clearence right? Here is everything I have right now for the swap. The Stock Z06 Heads with the Patriot Gold springs, This Cam, Stock length but hardened pushrods and a LS2 Timing chain and gear.

My motor has 91,000 miles on it so would I be okay with using the stock Rockers? I am not new with doing Heads and cam on a F-body its just my 1st Heads and Cam on a LS1 car. I did heads and cam on my V6. Besides gaskets what else would everyone recomend replacing with new parts?
