My truck will be back in my possession in a matter of days and i want to get it appraised for that ''just in case'' situations and since its not a 68 camaro/mustang, ect....it probably wouldnt do too well with a random apprasial. I have tons of pics, close to 500 from the motor swap, than have the pics from the paintjob. I have a few receipts and thats about it. The truck is painted by a fellow forum member and the trucks labor for the lt1 swap was done on the side not at a shop. So am not sure how to go about it, but with the receipts i have plus those two things, its well, WELL over 10k easy.
So not sure if any of you guys have ties with a appraiser that would be more easy on me rather than a random guy that wouldnt give me the time of day.

you doing it for insurance purposes? If you are not gonna DD the truck you can proablly get haggerty with an agreed value. That is what I have on my camaro. Otherwise I dont know anyone becasue all my collection is agreed value. I had my Impy appraised 15years ago by a dude that was well known, but he ended up being a crook.. LOL

You have to go to your insurance company get one of there accepted apraisers. I totaled my first 68 camaro which was about 90 percent resored to my likeing and did not do this. They subtracted value stupid thing, changing color, motor, trans, wheels, ect. Even though it was all upgrades. So i would contact them to see who they say.
