Default Anyone with a TH400?

Is there anyone in CT or nearby that has a TH400 in their car? I hear they really annoying to take on the highway but I'm curious to experience it in person. Anyone willing to take me for a ride?

Thanks,

Matt

mine should be up and running soon. b mans is more street friendly tho, if the rain stops im sure you could get a ride in that.

Yup, drive around and don't use 5th or 6th for a month, if that doesn't bother you then you may be a good candidate.

With what you have in your sig for a build.... I think that the gearing that will need/like you'd be fine, a build like you're doing would work good with a 28 inch rear tire and a 3.42 gear.. which would probably drive pretty good. Hell if you're going to race on a 26 inch tire you may be able to get away with a 3.23 rear too... I wouldn't be surprised to see that work out really good.

we cruz b mans car around with a 400 and 4:10 gears and 27" tires. 60 mph is just a hair under 3,000 rpm

yeah I was talking to Josh today and he suggested even going with a 3.25 or 3.08 gear so I think on the street it will be fine.

That's what I figured. a 3.23 to 3.08 gear on the street seems like a low ratio... but it won't matter with 800 at the tires, or whatever the new setup makes.
